The plugin is surprisingly robust and more than meets my needs. We brought up a requested feature from a client to support and not only did we get confirmation that it would be included, but consistent back and forth on the status, and an unrequested reach-out letting us know the newest prod build contained our request!
Great group, really impressed with the professionalism as this is not always a given in this community.
