New Dynamic Cache is not useful at all

Unfortunately since the last Update of SiteGround to some form of “Dynamic Super Cache”, it has become impossible to develop a website even if disabling the Plugin.

The SiteGround system still caches very aggressively the contents, flushing caches and disabling the cache options (not all options can be disabled, so it is a MUST USE feature sometimes) does not help either.

Making a tiny edit to a CSS file can result in hours and hours of headaches.
I am a fairly experienced WP User and Develop websites since a while so I can say that this should be rather a simple, and quick task.

What is really bad:
The new advanced cache options are forced upon us users/clients, and we have no settings or controls whatsoever to refine or control what it does.
Either there is an activate-deactivate/flush option or as mentioned, only a flush option without even an option to deactivate it. I call this presumptuous and intrusive.

Sorry to give this review, I really like(d) SiteGround before this update (or one should call it a downdate).
I hope this will be resolved, but chatting with support showed that they do not have much insight in what is happening, or how to resolve this problems.
