I paid this plugin to integrate a form with payment on my site.
but when my users arrive on the payment page by stipe, there is an error.
I made a request to the support and I received a response after 5 days to tell me that they will look at the problem, a day later they redirected me to their tutorial, and since nothing.
I’m working on a site with a deadline and it sucks not being able to count on support when features that are supposed to be native don’t work.
as is, it’s useless for me
