Hi,
I’m looking for some kind of plugin where my costumers can easily get some standard help by answering a few questions, step by step, and get different answers depending on what they answer.
My website is for a smal internet supplier and it’s very common that they get support calls where the solution is “reboot your router”.
So I’m looking for some kind of plugin or solution where the costumer chooses between maybe three topics, “Problems with internet connection”, “Questions about billing” and “Contact us”
When the click for example “problems with interent connection” they will get two new options. Are your connected via “fiber” or “coax”.
Next step. What kind of router do you have? “Router x” or “Router y”.
and then some guide for that specific problem and at the end contact information if that didn’t solve their problem.
I’ve searched alot but bot sure what to search for to fine this kind of “step-by-step” help guide.
Does anyone know of a plugin or any other way to structure this in a good way?
