While trying to recover from a “403 Forbidden- Access Denied” problem on my site, I entered the dashboard in Recovery mode by entering /wp-login.php?action=entered_recovery_mode, since my email link had expired. All plugins (except Askimet) are gone as are my custom themes. Is this what would be expected? I was expecting the the plug-ins to be still there but disabled, and is there a way for me to now get back out of recovery mode and return my installed themes and plug-ins (there is no “exit Recovery Mode” button top right)? Thanks.
