I have yet to get any support even though I’ve paid for the Photo & Art bundle. At least I know they are actively working to fix problems since they recently fixed a problem with Insert Gallery in Guttenberg. But I’ve sent two inquiries and gotten no response, despite their advertising that paying would get you support.
