Error in Security Check , due to some IP

I noticed lots of request coming from IP 2a02:4780:3:1c::7 on my website, this IP locaction is Cyprus, when i blocked this iP through cloudflate and run security check on ithemes security , there was a long error message.
Even i put a captcha challenge on cloud flare, same error pops up under security check

is it Ithemes Security IP? is it safe? I googled it , and report is not good. Kindly advise
