Transaction records not created for new recurring payments

Dear Jeremy and colleagues:

We are facing an issue with transaction records in Leaky Paywall following our upgrade from Leaky Paywall 4.14.3 to 4.15.8,

Subscription data are correctly updated in Leaky Paywall following all payments. However, recurring Stripe payments do no longer trigger the creation of transaction custom posts for existing subscribers (payment type: Recurring) in a consistent manner.

We do get consistent transaction records for first time payments only, e.g. for the creation of new subscriptions (Payment type: One Time) and for about 5 percent of Stripe recurring payments (payment type: Recurring).

Do we need to make a change in “Process incoming webhooks” section in the class-leaky-paywall-payment-gateway-stripe.php file? Or is there a need for an update in the Leaky Paywall Recurring payments plugin?
