Hi, I am using Facebook for Woocommerce to try to get a client’s products to sync with Facebook Catalogue so that we don’t manually have to make changes when there is a price change or sale.
Unfortunately no matter what we have tried Facebook has an error that there are required fields missing, despite checking that every product has an ID and a price. I’m not sure how to check the availability though.
When looking at data sources on Facebook Business it then says our ID’s are too long and I can see they are random numbers and letters. Although on our woocommerce pages the ID’s show as 4 digit numbers.
We have been scouring the internet trying to find what we may have done wrong or what we’re struggling with but with no success.
