Only guest booking?

Hi!

We are using the free version of the plugin and was wondering if it’s possible to use the booking system only with guest booking?
Our client wants a simple site (dentist), where he doesn’t want any registrations enabled, he just wants to receive the bookings via email, nothing else.
I can’t find any option to hide this registration part from the booking process:

So goal is to hide the login form, “continue as guest, no account will be created” checkbox is checked (or hidden) and also the password fields are hidden. Is this possible somehow?
