do not open image from post when I click on it

Hi, I d have 2 websites

when I try to click on a image inside post, nothing is happening

and this is what I want. I do not want user to click on images

but on my 2nd website, here:

when I click on image it opens. And when I hover over image mouse arrow changes into “hand” and link to image “wp-content…etc” is visible, you can check on your own

Any ideas?
