Not receiving the reviewer email address

Hi,

My notification template is the one found on Settings, and includes <{review_email}>.

The line looks like this:
{review_author} <{review_email}> – {review_ip}

However, in the email I’m receiving I only see the reviewer name and their IP address. No email address!
