[PLUGIN] Give points to users?

I have searched a bit but can’t find a plugin for this.

I want to give points to users directly on their posts.
Those points are shown on their profile page or somewhere in the dashboard.

Has someone used or know a name of a such plugin?

I want to reward users semi-manually basicly with multi column points.
