Not support non-Latin character heading

Hi Developer,

This plugin doesn’t support non-Latin character heading.
Latin characters’ heading: Anchor generated well.
Non-Latin with Latin characters’ heading: Use Latin characters to generated anchor.
Pure non-Latin characters heading: All this kind of headings can’t generate anchors well, all anchors are # (sharp symbol).

Hope to add the necessary support for non-Latin characters soon.
