Broken styles after default Main Menu is added

After Main Menu is added, all content inside div with id=”site-content” become broken. Seems it’s lost their css or js or something like that. But it looks very shitty. Even WP Reset doesn’t help.

Site is local, but I have a screenshot of this bug (or feature?) here.
