Hi. We’ve used the PayPal Donations plugin for years and until recently we discovered it’s no longer working. When users click the Donate button it brings you to a PayPal page of ‘We can’t complete your donation. This organization’s account is inactive.’
I contacted PayPal and that stated nothing was wrong with the account.
I’ve confirmed the PayPal Account is correct in the plug-in settings.
We’re on the latest version of the plug-in.
Any thoughts on where to explore next?
