WP Show Posts – question

Hi, I’d like to use WP Show posts to create four sections at the top of my HP (for reference, please see link provided – it is a different theme, but it’s the look I’d like to go for). I have been able to do something similar, but I am unable to put the section page header above the post header, as in the example. Also, I would like to underline the section page header (with similar spacing to the example) – is any of this possible?
