Hi – I’ve been using the plugin for some time. I really like it, but cannot understand why my glossary pages intermittently go down. I found the fix by searching the support pages, which is to refresh the permalinks by simply logging on and re-saving them. But this is not a bulletproof solution. I haven’t been able to nail down WHEN they go down, which has clobbered my SEO / SERP efforts.
Is there a permanent solution to this ongoing issue? I’ve talked to my hosting provider, SiteGround, and they said they haven’t found any issues on their end. Please help and thanks!
