Hello,
Recently our popups won’t close with the Close button, Esc, or Submit. I don’t know if the issues started several days or up to a week or two ago. Also they don’t always open when you click on them. Maybe an update to one of these plugins: Popup Maker Version 1.15.0 mid-december, Forminator Version 1.14.7 Jan 12, Ultimate Member 2.1.15: December 24, 2020, Windows 10, Firefox and Chrome latest versions.
Troubleshooting done so far:
– Insured that no posts or pages have same form more than once
– Moved the PopupMaker core and theme Default files to my style.css and disabled popupmaker loading of those. Also disabled google fonts loading.
– Made sure no cookies for the popups.
– Did all the Forminator recommended troubleshooting such as Ajax on/off…
– removed ALL my custom code files including style.css.
* Disabled Forminator so no forms in the popups, the popups work fine. All other plugins are activated.
* Disabled every plugin (about a dozen) except Popup Maker and Forminator and it works fine.
* Enabled Ultimate Member and forms won’t close.
* Disabled Forminator and popups work fine (except no forms in them).
* Repeated activating and deactivating these plugins to be sure of these findings.
I also reported this to Forminator and Popup Maker.
