9PM and I have duplicate attributes with hundreds of products spread across 40-50 duplicate terms.
The chat operator was more than happy to hear my query and started a Zoom instantly to show me how to do what I needed to do.
Now I have one attribute with one set of terms and all the products correctly sorted. In minutes.
Its a complicated plugin for sure but its so capable and I’m blown away by the support.
