Issues with ad widths and not opening in a new window

Hello, I’m having issues with some of the settings

Issue 1:
I want the ads to open a new window when clicked, I’ve selected the “Open programmatically created links in a new window” in the settings but they aren’t opening in a new window

Issue 2:
I don’t want mobile ads to be full width, I want them to be contained in the main body and not stretch across the border. I’ve unselected “Full width responsive ads on mobile” in the the AdSense section of Advanced Ads but they are still showing as full width?
