Bulk import/create coupons?

Is there a way to bulk create coupons via import or CSV? Also can this be used to update existing coupons?

I’d like to maintain a spreadsheet of coupons, and then have any updates/additions/removals be reflected on my WP site.

Can this plugin do this? Is it planned?
