Hello,
Since a few days, we are encountering an issue with our form with PayPal account payments.
If the customer chooses direct credit card payment -> no issue.
If he or she uses its own PayPal account -> failed & the transaction doesn’t exist in PayPal database.
We tested the transaction process in sandbox mode, the same issue occurred.
In the submission page of the form, transactions are in state “approved” instead of “success” and the money is not credited on our account.
Do you have any idea of the issue ?
