This has been the experience with WP Time Capsule:
– We pay the subscription for Agencies.
– The first sites (4) were configured and worked correctly. After this we have not been able to configure any more.
– After requesting help by email, we never received a response (4 days at the time of writing this review).
– We try to contact privately from Facebook, we only received a response (apparently automated) with the refusal of a refund. No other aspect of the messages is answered.
– The trial version supports up to 2 websites, it is impossible to verify that the system will continue to work with more sites. Still we pay in advance trusting that we are facing a serious product and service.
– Even in the period of the first 30 days of use and after verifying the malfunction and the null effectiveness of its support system as well as customer assistance, we ask and request a refund once more. (at the time these lines are written, this possibility is denied)
