Will this theme allow me to change settings on a new theme before activating?

I’m hoping to change themes for my live website. Will this plugin allow me to preview the new theme and change settings? (Such as colors, logo, footer widgets, and other basic theme settings?)

Or it’s really only made for a preview of the default theme settings?
