Forms say sent but none coming through

Using the Hueman Theme. My forms worked two days ago but aren’t working now. They say set when the send button is clicked but nothing comes through. Tried all my contact forms.

I can’t figure it out. Is there a conflict with other plugins? I did install the PayPal add on for the contact form 7 but disabled it when I was having problems.
