1) First I need to remove to be nonvisable and non fillable, need to be shown only map and save adress and proceed button.

2) When your plugin are turned off all are shown correct see picture1 and when I turn it on see picture2 the first box are shown I need it not be shown on picture1 you can see the country are already set and is nonfilable so it is no need to be shown GE and no need of that box wich goes above name box.
3) I need green button you can see on picture 2 green button: choose adrees be in center of that field when you mark and fill an adress on map and save it shows good in center, need this text be in center and not to be such big gap wich are configured to the back side box.
4) on mobile all works well beside 3rd issue not showing choose button in center and also after choosing map on cart ass you know appears button change in right corner on desktop it suits well and on mobile it goes above additional information box.
5) I need to change green colors to colors of my company.
