Auto disable, expire or close comments at specific time?

Is it possible to set a time to auto disable comments for a particular post? (Or all posts at once)

E.g option to disable comments on this post by 1pm?

Is there a plugin that can do this?? Perhaps similar to this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-expirator/
But instead of expiring post, it just close/hide the comment box on that particular post (at the set time)
