Lost some images on site and had to go through several restores with Updraft plus free version. My site eventually lost most plugins in a restore and backups began to fail. And so I need a total restore and all backups began to fail.
I wiped everything from Updraft plugin and reloaded backups from connected Google Drive. Restored one file group at a time. It says successful restores for each except for the group called “Others”. Also, plugins are still missing.
The file group called “Others” is empty, as Updraft will not recognize the file that it backed up on Google Drive. Tried manual drag and drop upload from Google Drive but Updraft pop up say it doesn’t recognize the file. I cannot close this pop up and so it freezes out the tab. Tried renaming the file to comply with protocol but Updraft still does not recognize and freezes out the tab.
My site is not functioning.
