Hacked and need to remove hacker as Admin

I was recently hacked and Sucuri has removed the malware from my site. My host is SiteGround.
But when I changed my WP password I got an auto reply with the hackers email as the Site Administrator. How do I remove them and add my own email back as the Admin?
In my WP navigation bar I do not have ‘Users’, I only have ‘Profile’ with my details.
