I bought the PRO version and no one has answered my support tickets for weeks

Recently, I upgraded to the business plan in order to get the language automatic detection feature implemented on my site, but when I activated this addon, my mobile menu (created with Menumaker Pro) disappeared.

I created a support ticket through TranslatePress’ website almost a month ago, and I have not received any help with this issue. I hope you will respond to this message, so that we can get somewhere with this problem. Because I do not think that you should abandon your customers in they way that you have abandoned me.
