[4.9.1] Oxygen Builder Custom fields missing in the index

After updating the plugin to the latest version (4.9.1), the index is missing all the custom fields terms (from Oxygen Builder).

version 4.9.0 :
104 documents in the index.
8353 terms in the index.
3 is the lowest post ID indexed.

version 4.9.1 :
104 documents in the index.
2523 terms in the index.
3 is the lowest post ID indexed.

When checking with the Debugging option, it only shows the Post title terms.
The Custom fields are missing. (it was working fine in 4.9.0).
