functions get_header() and get_footer()

Hello,

In Your plugin there is information about :
BasePress templates load the header and footer from your theme using WordPress functions get_header() and get_footer(). If your theme already loads the header and footer use this option to prevent BasePress from loading them again.

But when I click this option, I can’t load any KBs (i have two).
The site not loading any CSS and in FF console i have errors :
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
<anonymous> http://mysite.domain/info/knowledgebase/:91

Only mian site where i can select my KBs loading correct with my default theme.

Is there aby trick to use default theme ?
I try even WP defalut Twenty Seventeen, but same problem.
