I’ve used the free version of RankMath for several months now and was happy with it. Upgraded to Pro last week and asked a few questions to customer support. They take quite long to reply and are absolutely not helpful. I get the impression that they care more about money than about customer service.
I read about their launch offer on Facebook on Friday, but apparently that had stopped two days before. Very disappointing.
As my first impression I’d recommend staying with the free version and don’t upgrade to Pro unless you really really need those features. Don’t expect anything from the support.
