Phone field is required

Hello everyone.
I’m using Contact Form 7 on one of my websites and for some reason when I click submit I get an error message “Phone field is required” although it is not a phone field (it is a drop down country menu). Any ideas what might be causing this?. Many thanks

Note: I’m using Listo plugin for the country drop down
