We have a product with a lot of variants (selling vendor spaces at a festival). One of the date variants in the product shows out of stock no matter the second variable chosen.
Pertinent info –
– Stock is correct in back-end
– Stock is not managed in the parent product, all stock is set in child products
– All child products are set to in stock
– All variants have product price set, all have skus, and product images
– Plugin compatibility check, no conflicts (we recently had this issue with ALL variables in the product and it was caused by our SEO plugin)
– Woocommerce Inventory low stock settings set to 0
– No obvious irregularities in the woocommerce status report
Has anyone else had this issue with a single variant in a product? Any help would be appreciated!
