hello
is there a way we could change the way gravatar is displayed or remove it completely?
because when typing replies in a ticket ,a vertical part of the reply all the way down is allocated for gravatar even though gravatar is only being displayed in a quare at the top and all the way down is empty.
and this very costy and somehow ugly in small screens!
