Show post date, author and comment count on frontpage

Thanks for the great theme. I use Disgus as the comments system, without any code change, I enable “Post Comment Count” option and the feature of Show the number of comments under the post title works well, here is the example: https://www.tripwinego.com/en/knowroaming-sim-review/

My question is, how can I show the same information on my front page, for example: “Posted on June 1, 2019 by Travel_Bottle | 1 Comment”

For my front page, I use Post Loop, Template – Grid, there is the URL: https://www.tripwinego.com/en/homepage/
