Currently, I am using a WP site that is hosted on the GCP platform and using the apache platform. Site is news blog and on this daily number of articles are published. Using the google cloud platform for around 8 months everything was working fine but from last month it started consuming 8-10GB of DISK SPACE daily.
Earlier also I faced this issue and found that LOG files are creating this issue for me so I researched and found this command sudo nano /opt/bitnami/mysql/my.cnf. Using SSH i changed binlog_expire_logs_seconds=354800. Now I changed log expiry to seconds=54800still of no use.
But now this stopped working for me I was trying to figure out how this is possible.If we are publishing only text-based articles no media (images, videos, etc) are published.
Currently using Cloudflare CDN
Plugins used = WP optimize and some other normal working 4-5 plugins.
