How to hide the cart when empty (using Divi theme)

I know this has been asked before but i haven’t found an answer that works. Perhaps it’s because i’m using Divi theme. I want to hide the little cart in the navigation bar when it is empty for customers. Or even when a customer is not logged in. Either will work for me. Please help because i have been trawling the internet for hours.
