How to set up whole villas and rooms within villas as rental possibilities?

The property has 9 buildings, from 1BR villas to double-story 2BR or 3BR villas that can be rented separately by floor. How can I set up Motopress to allow customers to book the whole villa (two floors) or only one floor, for example, and have that updated in the database so the PRO version will automatically update the OTAs?

For example, if someone already books one floor of a villa, that villa won’t be available to be booked in its entirety.
