Change style of :focus

Hi i can’t find where change this value in the mega menu theme. Also i couldn’t change it from css.
When i write “a:focus{background: black;}” in my child theme. It works with all the page except with the menu.

Edit: A figured out how to change it but there still an turquoise border i cant override. Help
