Hi,
I have a catalog on woocommerce only of products with variations, they are all synchronized but nothing comes out in the facebook catalog.
If I try to create a simple product, I find it immediately on facebook.
At first it was working but then I had to create a new catalog via the plugin because the first catalog already existed and had products via the pixel.
I have tried several times to reinstall the plugin and create new catalogs but it always has the same problem, no products with variations.
There is a way to reset the plugin? after reinstalling it takes the old data and i think maybe it is something wrong with new catalog
