Site Kit encountered an error (clearPermissionScopeError)

When I install and activate the plugin, I’m getting the following error:

Cannot read property 'clearPermissionScopeError' of null
    in PermissionsModal
    in ErrorHandler
    in Root

I tried it in Chrome incognitote mode and in Firefox, nothing changed. Even I uninstall the plugin completely and reinstall it again, error still occurs.

Can you help me?
