Dear Sir, Madam,
In my form I’m using radiobuttons to know the gender of more than 1 person (male/female=man/vrouw). But when people go to the form, they can only select one field of radio buttons and the other one, with the same options ‘man’/’vrouw’ is not selected/not working anymore. How can I get it done to make people select several of the same options in different fields with the radio buttons?
For instance:
Child one : boy
Child two : girl
Child three : boy
etc…
