Internal Server Error

Hello,

I added PDF files to my media library to add them to DAE module.
When I consult the URL of the files from the WordPress media library, I come across the error “Internal Server Error”. (ex: https://www.efs.fr/wp-content/uploads/dae-uploads/Bro-FR-Instrumentation-V2-0-07-10-2020.pdf)
When I click on the link of the file received by email, I am redirected to the home page of the site.
What is going on ?
