Hello,
i noticed this strange behaviour on my woocommerce site. Now and then the shipping costs (who are 15€) goes to 0€ without any reason. So sometimes my clients can pay (not) 0€ for shipping.
In the settings the free shipping is disabled and there is no product who can allow the free shipping. They don’t use any coupon code or similar.
I don’t even know how to recreate this since is totally random and apparently not related to anything.
What can i do to understand better?
I have notice some correlation with the stripe payment option.
