redirect not working

Hi There,
I’ve formatted the plugin correctly. It’s supposed to redirect from https://stagefigurit.wpengine.com/ to either https://stagefigurit.wpengine.com/uk or https://stagefigurit.wpengine.com/us if you are in either of these two countries. But I just get a page error

This page isn’t working
stagefigurit.wpengine.com redirected you too many times.

please can you help at all? is it that the page is cached by my host (wpengine)?
