Staff Department Plugin

HI all, i need a plugin for manage department and their staff
example i have:

Department 1 ( Name1, Name2, Name3)
Department 2 ( Name1, Name2, Name3)
Department 3 ( Name1, Name2, Name3)

i wanna have a list of alla departments and when i click on one of it, go to a page that contain description of department and list of theri people of this department.

Hope understand what i mean.
