Change username or nickname

Hi.

An admin and a user can’t change that user’s nickname or username.

I found a solution to this but it doesn’t work for me. The solution is to add the field ‘username’ to the profile form.

But I can only see the username in visualization mode. I can’t see it in edit mode.

What should I do to be able to edit the username?
